Yzbel is happy for you to return one or several articles within 7 days of the reception of your order. You are charged with the expense of the return. You are responsible of expenses and risks during the return. Yzbel therefore recommends you choose a service which offers tracking.
Please follow the procedure below for any RETURN or EXCHANGE, along with using the “Yzbel returns voucher” which you will receive after sending us the mail concerning your return.

Yzbel will contact you within 48 hours with a “Number of return” for you to take note of as well as the returns address.
Write the “Number of return” on the returns voucher and put it inside your returns parcel.
Send the parcel using a service which offers tracking.
After receiving the article and checking its conformity (brand new, not worn, in its original packaging with labels) we will refund you via the bank card used for the payment.
In case of non-conformity of the product due to a fault of our own, we will exchange the product (depending on stock).
The prices displayed on the Site are in Euros, VAT included, shipping excluded. The price customers are charged are those applicable on the date the order is made. Yzbel tries to guarantee the accuracy of prices on the site, but errors can occur, and the price of certain products can be incorrect. Yzbel will not be held responsible for supplying a product whose price is incorrect.

Payment of the total price of the products and shipping costs may be made by Visa, Credit Card or Mastercard. The customer must be the owner of the card used, and have access to a dedicated banking establishment security space which ensures secure online banking.
Payments by cheque are not accepted.
In the case, for whatever reason (blocked, refusal …), that the debit of the sums due by the customer are not possible, the order will not be accepted by Yzbel.
Yzbel reserves the right to cancel an order when the customer’s IP address is located in different country to the delivery address.
